1. About This Website

Armor K9 provides this website to offer general information about its dogs, training programs, evaluations, consultations, events, educational resources, and related services.

Website content may be revised, corrected, removed, or updated without notice. Armor K9 does not guarantee that every service, dog, appointment, program, price, or opportunity described on the website will remain available.

2. Website Terms Are Separate from Service Agreements

These Terms govern use of the Armor K9 website.

They do not replace or modify any separate:

• Dog training agreement
• Protection Dog contract
• Purchase or placement agreement
• Evaluation or consultation agreement
• Waiver or release
• Booking, payment, cancellation, or rescheduling policy
• Event agreement
• Other written agreement between Armor K9 and a client or customer

When a separate agreement applies to a service or transaction, that agreement controls the service or transaction. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed Armor K9 agreement, the signed agreement controls with respect to the subject addressed by that agreement.

3. Educational Information

Articles, videos, descriptions, and other educational materials on this website provide general information only. They are not individualized dog-training, veterinary, medical, legal, security, or emergency advice.

Dogs, owners, households, environments, and circumstances differ. Information that may be appropriate in one situation may not be appropriate in another.

Consult a qualified veterinarian regarding medical concerns. For urgent safety threats or emergencies involving a person or animal, contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified local professional.

4. Dogs, Training, and Behavioral Outcomes

Dogs are living animals whose behavior may be affected by genetics, health, prior experiences, environment, handling, reinforcement, household conditions, and other factors.

No website statement can guarantee:

• A particular behavioral outcome
• Permanent reliability
• Suitability for a specific person or household
• Prevention of injury, escape, property damage, or unwanted behavior
• That a particular dog or service will be recommended or available

Training and responsible handling can reduce risk but cannot eliminate every risk associated with owning, handling, training, or living with a dog.

Armor K9 reserves the right to evaluate suitability and decline an inquiry, placement, training request, or service relationship when Armor K9 determines that it would not be appropriate.

5. Scheduling, Payments, and Third-Party Services

Armor K9 may use third-party services such as Bookeo for scheduling, Stripe for payment processing, HubSpot for inquiry management, and other providers for website, email, calendar, or business operations.

When you use a third-party service, that provider’s terms, policies, and privacy practices may also apply. Armor K9 does not control the availability, security, operation, or independent policies of third-party services.

A submitted inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, availability, an appointment, a reservation, or a service relationship.

Appointments, payments, deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and other transaction-specific matters are governed by the terms presented during booking or by the applicable Armor K9 agreement.

6. Permitted Use

You may use this website for lawful personal or business-related purposes connected with learning about or contacting Armor K9.

You may not:

• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes
• Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, or submitted information
• Introduce malware, harmful code, automated attacks, or disruptive technology

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent a dispute concerning these Terms or use of the website may properly be brought in court, the parties agree that it will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Yavapai County, Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
